The region boasts 2,735 km (1,700 miles) of meticulously maintained and marked trails cared for by over 20 passionate clubs. With clear signage and the option to enjoy loops or linear circuits, you can explore without ever retracing your steps!

Must-Experience Circuits

Whether you’re planning a day trip or a multi-day expedition, the trails in Chaudière-Appalaches cater to every kind of snowmobiling adventure. Here are three iconic routes to explore the region:

The Great Tour of Chaudière-Appalaches

First, you must try The Great Tour of Chaudière-Appalaches. This must-try route connects trails 547 and 549, leading to Mont Saint-Magloire. At an altitude of 3,000 feet, the summit’s observation tower offers breathtaking views of snow-covered landscapes. This 800 km (497-mile) circuit promises an unforgettable experience.

The Adventurer

Thrill seekers, take on The Adventurer! This 250 km (155-mile) route traverses the trans-Québec trails TQ5 and TQ55, located east of the region. Between Saint-Pamphile and Saint-Adalbert, you’ll ride through maple groves, immersing yourself in classic Canadian scenery.

The In-Between

Finally, discover the In-Between! This 250 km (155-mile) itinerary will allow you to explore the trails of Chaudière-Appalaches and Centre-du-Québec. It’s a two for one! You will cross the foothills of the Appalachians with its magnificent points of view, but also a sector located in the plains of the St. Lawrence. It is your chance to discover the landscapes offered by the old mines in the Vimy Ridge and Black Lake sector. Spectacular!

New Highlights

The Chaudière-Appalaches region continues to surprise snowmobile lovers! The Notre-Dame-des-Pins Covered Bridge, recently restored, is now part of the Beauce-Etchemins itinerary. Built in 1929, it’s Québec’s longest covered bridge and offers access to an area ideal for spotting deer near the U.S. border.
