Procedure

Position and Prepare Your Widescape for Maintenance.

2. Start by removing the quick-access panels located on the left and right. This will give you access to the oil filter, the fill plug, and the drain plug on the right side.

4. Place the drain pan under the engine on the right side to collect the used oil.

Oil Drain and Oil Filter Replacement

Tools Required

• 19 × 130 mm tube

• Ratchet wrench

• 6-inch extension or longer

• 10 mm socket

• Hex key #4

• New oil filter

• Torque wrench

• O-ring hook

• Used oil container

Instructions

1. Place the drain tube around the drain plug, then place your drain pan under the tube.
2. Use a 10 mm socket, an extension, and a ratchet wrench to remove the drain plug.
   
3. Let the oil drain.
   
   
4. Reinstall the plug and tighten it to a torque of 12 N·m (newton metres) using the torque wrench.
5. Remove the two 4 mm hex screws from the oil filter cover.

8. Reinstall the filter cover and tighten the two hex screws to 6 N·m using the torque wrench and the 4 mm hex key.
