Friends snowmobilers, here are my first impressions about the Eiger Polar Boots from Baffin. I wear them since the beginning of this season and I am very pleased with the comfort they offer as my feet stay warm all day long.
On my very first ride, I put on these Baffin boots and I felt like I was getting my feet inside sleepers. The boot liner is incredibly comfortable. In fact, these boots are the most comfortable I ever tested. Please note that I wear them without any socks. Since about 10 years, I put on my snowmobile gear when I am outside, no matter the weather conditions. This is how moisture is eliminated.
To make sure my feet will be sweating, I cool down my boots outside for a short while. Then, I get my feet inside the boots. The temperature of my feet will not change, wether I am inside a heated place or outside. The boot liner keeps the cold from getting inside, acting as insulation.
Until now, I only have positive comments about the Eiger Polar Boots from Baffin. They keep my feet warm no matter the weather conditions.
