On Saturday, October 27, 2012 The Calaveras County Fairgrounds will be overrun with snowmobilers, ATV drag racers and local rock crawling enthusiasts. It will be an event the entire family will enjoy. Snowmobile Grass Drags – Snowmobile riders of all ages will race head-to-head on a 350 foot grass track, some reaching speeds up to 80 miles per hour. Riders from all over the state will compete in this event. Stock, Modified, Turbo and Kids will have the chance to race in timed events all day long. ….
ATV Drag Exhibition Races – While the snowmobiles cool off, extreme ATV racers face-off to determine who claims bragging rights for the fastest bike on the track. Anyone over the age of 18 with a modified ATV can participate in this event. Advanced registration is required.
Rock Crawling Exhibition – Throughout the day, rock crawling fanatics will show of their skills in our aggressive rock crawling course. Anyone over the age of 18 can participate in this event. Advanced registration is required.
General Admission- $15.00 at the gate, children under 10 are free. Parking is free.
Gates open at 8 a.m. – All events start at 9 a.m.
This is a family friendly event. Races will last well into the evening. Food vendors and outdoor recreation vendors will be at the event. Many local businesses have supported this event, please come show them your appreciation.
