General Information:

Québec : From Portneuf to the west, to Côte-de-Beaupré and Île d'Orléans to the east, snow abounds throughout the Québec City Area. Together, the Québec City, Charlevoix and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean regions feature more than 5,000 kilometres of unforgettable snowmobile trails.

Charlevoix : Snowmobiling in Charlevoix, Wow! On a 550-km marked out circuit strewn with hotels and restaurants, the amateur of great rides will be overwhelmed by such immensity. Whether on a short excursion alongside the St. Lawrence River or on a few days adventure racing on the mountain side, one thing is sure : Charlevoix is one of the best snowmobile destinations in North America.

    From mid-December to mid-March (sometimes a little earlier in Portneuf and Charlevoix)

Location:

Northwest of Montreal and surrounding the province’s capital, Quebec City, on the east and the west, on the North Shore of the Gulf of Saint-Lawrence. Served primarily by Highway 40 and Highway 138. Highways 20 and 73 (US 201) on the South Shore of the Saint-Lawrence bring you to Quebec City via the Pierre Laporte Bridge. The trail network can be accessed at many points close to these highways.

Principal cities: Québec – Saint-Raymond – Donnacona – Beaupré – Baie-Saint-Paul – La Malbaie
