During the Grand Prix Ski-Doo at Valcourt, which runs from February 16-18, the J. Armand Bombardier Museum will launch the brand new roadster Can-Am Spyder 2008, the first on-road vehicle designed by BRP.
Open house during the weekend
During the open house weekend (free entry to the museum) visitors can learn all about this zippy three-wheeled motorbike and enjoy looking at the new range of Ski-Doo® 2008 snowmobiles, as well as a new exhibition entitled Joseph-Armand Bombardier, la passion d’inventer et d’entreprendre commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of this famous inventor. The exhibition looks at the history of the creation of the Ski-Doo® snowmobile, which today has millions of fans around the world, as well as tracing the origins of Bombardier Inc., a global leader in the transportation industry.
As in previous years, there will be numerous activities during the weekend in and around the grounds of the museum. They include a display of antique snowmobiles, rides on a B12 and Mini-Z races. A slew of activities awaits, geared to all ages !
