ToggleThe International Snowmobile Manufacturers Association (ISMA) announces two major events to celebrate snowmobiling in 2024-2025. Snowmobile Day will take place on October 26, 2024, and International Snowmobile Day is set for February 8, 2025. These events are great opportunities for snowmobile clubs, local dealers, and associations to come together and promote the winter sport. Inspired by Sweden’s “Snöskoters Dag,” Snowmobile Day encourages clubs to partner with local dealers to host celebrations, strengthen community bonds, and support local businesses.
Snowmobile Day
With many new snowmobilers joining the sport over the past few years, Snowmobile Day is the perfect time for clubs to increase membership and recruit volunteers for trail maintenance. This family-friendly festival features barbecues, live music, vintage snowmobiles, and open houses, giving enthusiasts a chance to explore new products and get excited for the upcoming season. This year, Snowmobile Day will take place on October 26, 2024.
International Snowmobile Day
Launched by BRP, manufacturer of Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles, International Snowmobile Day is now led by ISMA. On the second Saturday of February, snowmobilers of all brands are invited to ride and celebrate the sport. ISMA encourages clubs to organize open house events, BBQs, and trail meet-ups to mark the occasion. This season, the International Snowmobile Day is set for February 8, 2025.
