ToggleCamso showcasing its newest track & track system innovations at Hay Days
Camso will be unveiling several new track products at its booth, AD0-AD1, at Hay Days, running from September 8 to 9 in North Branch, Minnesota.
“Like all powersports enthusiasts, we love Hay Days. It’s a sign the season is just around the corner and a chance to connect with riders and partners alike,” said Bruce Dashnaw, Sales & Marketing Executive Director – Powersports at Camso.
At its booth, AD0-AD1, Camso will be showcasing its 2019 snowmobile track lineup along with its latest offering for snowbikers with the 2019 Camso DTS 129 and YETI SnowMX models.
Snowmobile tracks
New for 2019, Camso is introducing three tracks that will help riders get the most out of their snowmobiles, based on their riding style and terrain.
- Inspired by mountain track lug geometry, the Camso Hurricane 175 offers the perfect balance between deep snow technology and pulse-pounding acceleration. Its 1.75-inch cupped profile design will take both trail and crossover riders deeper into the backcountry and out again.
- The Camso ICE Storm 150 is a factory pre-studded track for precise turns on icy hills, packed snow and groomed trails, powering you through the most challenging conditions. And Camso’s unique two-height lug design provides deep snow flotation with handlebar-gripping acceleration.
- Designed for the deepest mountain snow, the Camso Conquer 260’s 2.6-inch lug design is a lightweight track to increase your machine’s available horsepower, requiring less throttle input in turns and on side hills
Dirt-to-snow conversion track systems
For snowbike riders, the all-new 2019 Camso DTS 129 and the 2019 YETI SnowMX track conversion systems feature significant improvements to ensure even greater agility and performance.
On the newest Camso DTS 129, a significantly improved suspension geometry gives a smoother ride when riders make the leap from trail to deep snow. A complete pre-bled disc brake system also makes installation easier, while the riveted reinforcement on the front mounting point and around the chain tensioner dissipates operational stress along the entire panel.
Meanwhile, the YETI SnowMX system is up to 30 pounds lighter than any other system, thanks to its unique carbon fibre chassis and titanium driveshaft, and a new Camso lightweight track design for all models. Its redesigned titanium a-arm and the new polymer brake shield will answer the needs of the most extreme snowbikers.
Cody Matechuk and more
Booth AD0-AD1 will feature not only Camso experts to explain the latest innovations that are going into the 2019 tracks and track systems, but also Cody Matechuk, 2018 X Games champion in SnowBikeCross. Cody rode to victory using the YETI SnowMX 120SS, paired to a Yamaha YZF450 motorcycle, and will be available all weekend to answer questions and give his impressions of the YETI SnowMX systems.
Visitors to Hay Days will also get a close-up look at Camso’s ATV and UTV track conversion systems. By equipping their machines with tracks, ATV and UTV owners get reliable year-round mobility to go through deep snow, serious mud and swampy terrain.
