An Unsung Heroes Short Story
We all know that snowmobile club volunteers are our sports biggest heroes, but what about snowmobile dealers?
When you have a good one you might know it, when you have or have experienced a great one, you definitely know it! And if you do not have a good or great dealer, you should ask around and find one.
The good and great ones make all of the difference. Over my numerous decades of snowmobiling, I have had the good fortune of having multiple great dealers. My dealers have gone above and beyond with friendly and special efforts. Their efforts have resulted in uninterrupted rides and uninterrupted snowmobile pleasures.
No matter what brand you ride or whether your sled is new or well used, defects, problems, damage or malfunctions happen. A good dealer is always a welcome solution.
So take the time and make a special relationship with your dealer of choice and recognize, acknowledge and appreciate the important role that they play in our sport. Pay it forward by being a good ambassador and telling others about your good/great dealer. And support your good/great dealer with your loyalty and continued business.
Dealers large and small are like club volunteers, without them we go nowhere and they make everything better.
To all of my past and present Dealers as well as all of the Dealers across the many areas that I travel, I THANK YOU!
Thank you for getting me in quickly, diagnosing my problems and going above and beyond in doing everything possible to get me back on the trail. Thank you for thinking outside of the box or letting me use your tools in your parking lot to make my own repair. Thank you for taking pieces and parts off from showroom sleds, unloading and reloaded my sled to save me time and driving me to a local lunch spot while you repaired my sled.
On behalf of snowmobilers everywhere, I thank you and we all thank you.
