The new 2012/2013 season started for Eastern Pro Tour last weekend at the Salon des sports récréatifs motorisés de Québec. We had a 60’ X 70’ booth that we filled up. We have published a few photos but if you go onto Michel Brault’s site https://www.pbase.com/bromic I am sure you will find a few shots taken by him even if he was very much in demand during the show.
During the show we had a competition which consisted of change the tires on a CFMOTO Side-by-Side. This was very much appreciated by visitors to the booth, especially since every hour the winner was awarded a pair of Choko leather snowmobile gloves and at the end of each day the best overall time winner was awarded a Choko Snowmobile Suit. We distributed approximately $5,000.00 worth of prizes and we will be doing as much on October 19, 20, and 21st during the Toronto show. MANY THANKS TO CHOKO.
During the show in Quebec we announced the coming of a new TV series on RDS that will be produced for the winter of 2013. A series of 12 shows depicting the EPT series!
Profil Performance produced a series of 4 shows on the 30th Edition of the Grand Prix SkiDoo de Valcourt. These will be shown on RDS December 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2012 @ 11h30 a.m. The producer is also in negotiations with TSN and .. (Other Country).., for the showing of the EPT 2013 Series in English. We will do all in our power to assist them in obtaining their objectives.
We also divulged the 2013 calendar, which is not yet Final (refer the schedule section of the site).
We have already signed agreements with new sponsors for the 2013 season.

In our frenzy of promoting our series, we managed to convince Jean De Larochellière, T-Rex Dealer in Ile Bizard QC under the banner of Johnny T-Rex , to install studs on the tires of his T-Rex Solo and try it out on an Ice Oval Track. If testing goes well you just might see a demonstration of the T-Rex on our Ice Oval Racing Tracks. (You can view demos of this phenomenon on You-Tube by indicating Johnny T-Rex.)
In the days following the show in Toronto, I will forward another bulletin with a few minor changes in the regulations of the Factory 600 Class as well as the other new procedures/changes made to the 2013 EPT Series Season.
