Experience the fastest show on water July 17-19 as the 2015 World Championship Snowmobile Watercross returns to Grantsburg.
Over 100 racers are slated to compete on Memory Lake, according to a press release, with thousands of spectators expected to attend over the three-day competition.
Festivities begin Friday, July 17 with drags and qualifying ovals getting underway at noon, and races continuing all day Saturday. Sunday will conclude with the grand finale, a 6-man, 8-lap pro-open race to decide the 2015 World Champion.
The event also includes vintage snowmobile racing — open to anyone — and the Freestyle Watercross. It also has stop and shop vendors, food and beverage booths, street dances both Friday and Saturday evenings feature top-name regional bands and a fireworks show over the lake Saturday at dusk.
