The muffs are meant to protect our hands from cold wind produced when piloting our snowmobile. When I tested this new equipment for the first time, it was around -30 °C. This year, despite the extreme cold weather in Monts Valin, the experience has been quite different from last year because the protection provided by the new muffs kept my hands and thumbs nicely warm with maximum comfort.
There is also an adjustable inside attachment which allows the installation of the muffs on different snowmobile models without any problem , and even on snowmobiles already equipped with hand guards on the handlebar. A strap is also added for easy installation, along with a reflecting band on the outside for increased visibility. I noticed a small problem when we operate the brake lever; the plastic sticks to our leather gloves. But we quickly forget about this as our hands stay warm all day long.
Try it and you’ll love it. It’s up to you to experience it.
