Each year, like many other magazines, SledMagazine.com usually linger on star models, snowmobiles with incredible performances or stunning features. We fall into illusions.

During the SnowShoot, a model caught our attention. No, it wasn’t the model with the most powerful engine. No, it wasn’t the model with the latest suspensions. No, it wasn’t the most equipped model… It was an entry-level model: the Polaris 2018 600 Indy SP ES. It impressed us, it took us back to pure driving pleasure, unpretentiously.

Last spring, Polaris was surprised when we asked for the 600 Indy SP. Our team firmly believe the model is a fit for lots of snowmobilers. Our team wants to prove that it is still possible to own a brand new snowmobile under $11 000 (Cnd) and that it allows the owner to fully live it passion.  

That is why we now present you our long term trial of the Polaris 2018 600 Indy SP ES. We invite you throughout the whole season to follow us in this genuinely “off-road test’’!
