Miss snow? It’s snowmobile registration time in NH

It may be the dog days of summer, but it’s not too early for New Hampshire snowmobile enthusiasts to get their vanity registration decals.

The Fish and Game Department says the deadline for submitting applications is Oct. 14.

Vanity registration decals are $84 for snowmobile club members with proof of membership. The cost for non-members is $114.

Registrations are valid until June 30, 2012.

Proceeds from the sale of vanity decals benefit the department’s Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle Safety Education Program.
