CKX Sidehill Test – The perfect suit for any conditions!
I was really looking forward to a CKX one-piece suit for off-trail snowmobilers. My waiting is finally over, and I am not disappointed!
First, what a look! My outfit was orange and went perfectly with my CKX Titan Air Flow! To put on the Sidehill, open the zippers to make it easier to get your feet in. It is even possible to put it on with your boots on; I tried it!
Once the suit is on, you notice that it is thick for a one-piece and therefore warm enough. Fortunately, even when you move a lot, it breathes well. Off-trail or when it is warm outside, open the traps under the arms so that the suit does not become wet.
The coat has several pockets, both inside and outside. Also, the pants have their own pockets too. It was in the pants pockets that I kept my gloves, cell phone, and wallet.
The advantage with the thickness of the CKX Sidehill is the comfort on the trail. Indeed, you don't get cold, even on a long ride. It also absorbs the snow clods that the mountain snowmobiles in front of us tend to throw. I appreciated not having bruises on my arms this year!
Not only is the CKX Sidehill warm, but it is also very comfortable. It was when I wore it with a short sweater that I realized it. After a few minutes, you forget you're wearing it. Also, when bending over and maneuvering off-trail, or simply sitting on a snowmobile, we are not restricted in our movements.
I want to thank Kimpex not only for the test but also for the comfort that the CKX Sidehill has provided me throughout the season!
