Area drivers compete in Utah, Wisconsin

Arctic Cat’s Tucker Hibbert continued his winning streak by sweeping the Pro finals in the Piranha X ISOC Western Nationals last weekend at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah.

In Pro Super Stock, Bobby LePage of Longville was third on his Polaris and Dan Ebert of Lakeshore was 10th on his Arctic Cat.

An early pileup caused Ebert and LePage to finish back in the pack in the Pro Open final. Ebert placed 12th and LePage 14th.

In the Semi Pro Super Stock final, Cody Thomsen of Lakeshore was second on his Arctic Cat and Devin Bertoch of Baxter was eighth on his Arctic Cat.

Among 1,000 driver entries last weekend at Eagle River, Wis., for the Vintage World Championship, Chuck Zeck of Brainerd finished third in the 340 Masters class, fourth in 340F/A 73 class and eighth in the 440F/A 73 class on his Polaris Starfires.

Clint Nouis of Little Falls finished third in the 340 stock single class and fifth in Super Stock 340 on his vintage Yamaha.
