In the fall of 2020, BRP announced its BRP GO! application. What does this mean in concrete terms? BRP GO! is a unique tool for planning our snowmobile trips, alone or with friends. Thanks to this navigation application offering a multitude of trails, points of interest and service centers, it allows us to never lose control. The BRP GO! application also includes BRP Connect technology, which allows us to use some of our favorite applications directly on the dashboard of our Ski-Doo snowmobile.
In its “search” section, the device helps us find gas stations, restaurants and places to stay near the trails. It allows us to invite our friends to join an organized ride for an upcoming adventure. Therefore, it is a communication tool between enthusiasts who share the same passion. It also gives in real time the location of each member of a group that owns the application.

As you can see, there is a distinction to be made. BRP GO! is a mobile application with lots of navigation features, while BRP Connect is a technology that allows you to use some of your mobile applications right in your vehicle’s display. BRP Connect screen mirroring technology is included in the BRP GO! application.
How do I use the BRP GO! application?
The application can only be mirrored using BRP Connect on the new 7.8″ wide color LCD console available on select Ski-Doo models. However, even if you don’t have this console, you can still install the Glove Box Extender with heated cell phone pocket. This will allow you to use the application features on your Ski-Doo vehicle safely while riding. BRP GO! also allows you to listen to your favorite songs through Music and more, while enjoying the ride.
Improved version!
BRP has announced a major update to the BRP GO! application. Available in the App Store and Google Play Store, this updated version of BRP GO! now includes BRP Connect technology for three major brands: Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Can-Am On-Road. The app also features a vehicle connection guide for phone pairing and general enhancements during the driving experience. Just follow the steps for a quick and easy connection.
First released in November 2020, the BRP GO! App offers GPS navigation for snowmobiles, including offline information for areas with limited connectivity. Users can plan routes, search for trails and points of interest, change routes when off-riding and more. The app’s navigation support ensures that riders can navigate the terrain safely and stay connected with friends and family who are going on an adventure. BRP Connect technology allows users to use many compatible apps directly on the 7.8-inch widescreen color display of their Can-Am Spyder, Ski-Doo or Sea-Doo.
