The 18 rooms with private bathrooms can very comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests in double occupancy or up to 70 people in the common areas.
- Security Deposit: Up to $5,000 of your security deposit may be taken in the event of a breach of the rules.

- Upon reservation, our rental agreement will be sent to you by email and must be signed to formalize the reservation.
- 100% refundable for cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refundable for cancellations made between 31 & 44 days prior to arrival, and non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
